// FOR HYBRID ATHLETES WHO TRAIN IN CLASSES

Your gym writes the workouts. Alloy picks the right ones.

Alloy chooses the classes that serve your goal, adds the few sessions they miss and fits it all into your real week. Miss one, and it re-plans honestly.

Invite only for now. Your invite comes by email as soon as your spot opens.

// THE PROBLEM

Training plans assume you train like a pro. You don't.

You train in group classes because you like the group. Your gym posts the WOD, a running app handles the runs, and nothing tells you which classes actually get you closer to your goal.

Then work runs late, the kids need picking up, and the plan is broken by Wednesday. Most apps answer with more logging. Alloy answers with a new week.

    Get your week

    The classes that fit your goal, plus the few extras they don't cover. Each one says why it's there.

// WHEN LIFE HAPPENS

Missed Thursday? Your week moves. Your goal stays.

Tell Alloy you can't make it, or just skip it. The week is rebuilt around what's left, and the top of the screen says what changed and why.

If the goal starts to slip, Alloy says so plainly and tells you what it takes to get back on track. No streaks, no guilt.

Built around how you already train.

Works with your gym

Your coach keeps programming. Alloy picks from what's on the board, and your gym needs nothing installed.

No extra effort

Workouts arrive from Strava or Apple Health. One quick question after a session, no daily check-ins.

Chat or just look

Ask Alloy to change the week, or open the plan and see what's next. Both always show the same thing.

// HONEST PROGRESS

No finish date until you've tested three times.

Alloy forecasts from your own test results only. From the third test you get a date range, with the test's normal error around it, labelled as an estimate. A slightly worse day changes nothing.

Every number is computed in code, never guessed by the AI. Every rule has a source.

// WHY I BUILT IT

I wanted a plan that survives a normal week.

I train four to five times a week, mostly in group classes, next to a full-time job and a family. The running apps were great for running, the gym app showed me the WOD, and nothing told me which classes actually got me closer to my goal, or what to do after missing two in a row.

So I built the companion I wanted: one that works with my gym, doesn't make me log everything, and tells me honestly where I stand. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me.

Questions

Does my gym need to use Alloy?

No. Alloy works from whatever your gym publishes: a whiteboard, SugarWOD or a message. Your coach keeps programming; Alloy picks the classes that fit your goal.

Which watches work?

Anything that syncs to Strava or Apple Health: Apple Watch, Garmin, Coros, Polar and more.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. Alloy Training is on iPhone for now.

What does it cost?

Alloy is free during the beta. Beta users hear about pricing before anything changes.

Is Alloy a coach?

It plans your week and explains why. It doesn't replace your coach, and pain or injury always goes to a professional.

How do I get an invite?

Leave your name and email on this page. We let people in in small groups and send your invite to that address.
